Scope:

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party service providers who have access to user data within Mobile Nexus Corporation.

Data Removal Process:

  • All user data will be clearly identified within our systems, distinguishing between user names, passwords, and personal names.

• Data Deletion Requests:

  • Upon receiving a valid user request for data deletion, Mobile Nexus Corporation will promptly initiate the removal process. Users will be informed about the successful completion of the deletion.

• Automated Deletion Procedures:

  • Mobile Nexus Corporation will implement automated systems and scripts to facilitate the efficient and secure deletion of user data from all relevant databases and storage systems.

• Manual Verification:

  • A manual verification process will be conducted by authorized personnel to ensure the thorough removal of user data from all applicable systems.

No Retention Periods:

  • Mobile Nexus Corporation will not retain user data beyond what is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Location Information:

• Approximate and Precise Location:

  • Mobile Nexus Corporation does not store precise location and approximate location information in its systems.  Location data that is necessary for service functionality may be processed. Location data is not stored on our systems but may be processed solely on the user's device if given access.

Security Measures:

  • All user data, including user names, passwords, and personal names, will be stored and transmitted using secure encryption methods to protect against unauthorized access.

• Access Controls:

  • Access to user data will be restricted to authorized personnel only, and appropriate access controls will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access.
